Overview

        Sri Sundareswari College of Education is located in Malli village which is 8 kilometer from Srivilliputtur Town in Virudhunagar District, Tamilnadu. It is run by Sundareswari Medical Educational Research and Social Welfare Charitable Trust. The college offers Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Master of Education (M.Ed). We have very dedicated faculties with a good infrastructure. The founder of the Institution Thiru. R. Annaduraiselvan, M.Com., ventured into the educational field to cater the need of the literates in Virudhunagar District.  He have laid a solid foundation and nurtured it to grow phenomenally to the present status by his ceaseless efforts, our trying circumstances with commendable dedication, determination and indomitable courage.  Our Secretary Mr. R. A. Dhilipan Rajha B.E., M.B.A., LL.B have shaped the institution to the existing gigantic position. Our institution has an excellent track record in the field of academics, sports and cultural activities. Our college is given the best infrastructure with an urge to provide quality education to students at all levels.

Chairman's Message

        Sri Sundareswari college of education focuses on teacher education to keep pace with challenges occurring in teaching.  Since its very inception in the year 2007, the institution ensures its support to the students and teachers by offering them the opportunity to achieve higher levels of learning. The management is very keen on providing high-quality teacher education at affordable costs to students falling from rural areas. We are happy that their aim is fulfilled to a large extent. Apart from academics we encourage and ensure the development of our students in extracurricular and co-curricular activities to shape them as a complete teacher. Also, we motivate and facilitate our students for attaining leadership qualities. Innovative pedagogical methods are followed to drive home the facts of the B.Ed., and M.Ed., course. This indirectly helps the students to learn the concepts more clearly. I am happy that our prestigious alumni are providing their worth to the schools they are employed in. Students who opt for their teacher education in SSCE will enjoy a wonderful future with a bright career.
